We were one of the first cupcake bakeries in the country, which means we invented the look — building, painting, and rebuilding towers. We created hundreds of flavors that had to taste and look gorgeous. We dyed and stamped fondant. We invented and wore cupcake glitter. In four years, we went from 6, mostly teenaged, employees to 40 who can drive so the cupcakes don’t fall and the cakes don’t bubble. We still hire (and train!) teenagers, because we believe in young people.
From 4 store locations, we have served more than 300 wedding couples from Williamsburg Va to Rodanthe NC.
